The GeekDiet Day 1

Yes, we have all been there.
I am at day 1 again.
I am starting the journey to getting healthy.

In the course of the next couple of months, I will share what I eat and what I exercise, hoping to find my own way with losing weight and getting healthy.

Sometimes I will cook, sometimes I will buy food outside, sometimes I will get meal replacements.

So let's start with meals at Day 1.
