Flexibility Training

Do you feel pain in the lower back, legs, hands or any other part of your body? If you do- you are lacking some type of flexibility training.


What is flexibility? Flexibility is the range of motion of a joint or muscle. This is different in every individual; some people have an excellent range of motion in some of the joints, but have limited movement the other. If you can tap the toes while your legs are completely straight than you are flexible enough to perform some exercises and some flexibility training.  If not, you to start with the basics, and never miss an opportunity to enhance your flexibility. Many people work really hard to prevent injuries, and this is easily done with regular exercise and proper stretching of the body.



There are a number of benefits your body can get form a daily routine which includes stretching or flexibility training:

• Increases blood flow and feeds the joints with nutrients
• Increases blood circulation
• Leads to greater elasticity of the surrounding tissues
• Improves physical fitness
• Reduces the risk of injury to the joints, tendons and muscles
• Reduces muscle tension
• Reduces stiffness and muscle tension
• Increases the range of motion
• Increases the physical and the mental connection



For best results, you should practice stretching at least 3 times a week, no matter your age. There are number of exercise and complete flexibility training routines for this purpose. Make sure you get one soon enough and start flexing your muscles and joints on daily basis. By not doing so, you might increase the chances for creating some health problems like:

• Stiffness of the body
• Poor posture
• Back problems
• Increased risk of injury to muscles, tendons and ligaments
• Restrictions of movement
