How to Avoid Sore Muscles after Working Out
After running, working out or any type of intense physical activity, it is normal to feel pain in the muscles, or feel some soreness. Usually the pain starts immediately after the activity or the next morning. This occurs because the muscle tissue is torn during intense physical activity, the blood vessels dilate for better circulation, and body’s recover after the activity results in pain. Water has always been a source of pure health. One of the interesting benefits of water is the effect of the cold shower on our bodies. Cold water is an ancient remedy for different conditions, like bad blood circulation or slow metabolism. In the 1920's it was developed into a whole medical movement, called hydrotherapy (therapy by water) and it was successfully used to treat medical conditions and improve the overall heath.
