Walking Away From Colds


  It might seem difficult to believe, but walking in autumn and winter plays a major role in reducing colds. We all sit nicely inside with a cup of hot tea and a warm blanket. But believe me, it will not protect you from colds in the winter, since the first moment when your weak immune system comes into contact with a virus, common cold will not bypass. In fact, going outside and walking can help you avoid colds.
